Hotel Planinka - Ljubno

The hotel was clean as new. The beds were great. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The staff were kind, professional, and attentive. The gentleman at the reception and dining hall was helpful.

Couldn't fault.

We got to indulge in our passion for fly fishing and had a relaxing break in the most epic fisherman's paradise. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from all the action. The staff were super cool and made us feel at home. Can't wait to come back!

The only thing we would ask for is more fun activities for young party-goers. We had a great time, but it would have been even better with some more options to keep the party going all night long!

We had such a good stay at this charming hotel in the heart of a picturesque town. The rooms were beautifully updated and impeccably clean. The highlight of our visit was when we mentioned our interest in genealogy, and the staff were very good too help us translate old documents and connect with the Mayor for further research. The genuine kindness and generosity of the hotel staff and the residents of the town made our stay really good. We can't wait to return for a longer visit. I highly recommend this hotel for its charming ambiance and excellent hospitality.

The hotel was decorated in a charming alpine style, making it very pretty. the meals were delicious and reasonably priced. We particularly liked that the staff were friendly and happy to talk to us. Plus, it was located in the center of a cozy village, surrounded by lovely mountains. We enjoyed going for walks in the stunning natural surroundings.

Although our room was comfortable, we were disappointed that there was no furniture on the balcony, even though we had specifically requested a balcony room. This made it difficult to relax outside.

The food at the restaurant was exceptional with a variety of Slovenian wines to choose from. The rooms were updated, clean and had a charming atmosphere.

The menu lacked enough gluten-free options. Those who must forego wheat will get tired of eating the same salad plate.

The hotel was conveniently located right in the centre of the village. Our room was immaculate, and the hotel facilities was awesome. The staff went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Plus, we appreciated the complimentary breakfast.

the room was cozy and comfortable, with a big shower that gets hot eventually. the breakfast was full and satisfying even for a vegan. the staff was friendly and spoke English fluently. they had a spacious parking lot available.

The location was far from the main attractions, such as the Rinka waterfall, which took us about 40 minutes to reach by car.
